The U.S. women's national team named their final opponent for their October friendlies, announcing Thursday that Emma Hayes' side will take on New Zealand Oct. 29 in Kansas City.
The game will be held at CPKC Stadium, home to the NWSL's Kansas City Current. That will mark the first time the USWNT will play at CPKC, the first purpose-built stadium for women's soccer in the U.S.
Before traveling to Kansas City, the USWNT will play two matches against Portugal. The first will be on Oct. 23 at Subaru Park in Chester, Pennsylvania, and the second will be on Oct. 26 at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, Connecticut.

The USWNT are preparing for the 2027 World Cup, and these October friendlies mark an opportunity for Hayes to continue fine tuning the pool and roster. Hayes, in just her 10th match in charge, led the Americans to the 2024 Olympic gold medal.
